Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a product-focused professional to join our product team. You will collaborate with Product Designers and Software Engineers to balance customer voice with delivering business value, identify opportunities through user and market research, and contribute to solution ideation and delivery.

You will define a product roadmap, set up key success metrics, track outcomes, refine backlog priorities, and deliver training and workshops.

Qualificações

• You have shipped successful products and defined vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and convert them into customer value.
• Experience articulating hypotheses and breaking down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Able to define MVP specs and test/iterate effectively.
• Collaborates well with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Designers and Software Engineers to balance customer voice with business value.
• Identify opportunities via user/market research and contribute to ideation and delivery.
• Define a product roadmap with outcomes and measurable success metrics.
• Set up tracking to collect data informing product decisions.
• Prioritize backlog and deliver training, presentations, and workshops.
