Job summary

DBServices is seeking a Quality Integration Analyst to ensure seamless integration of software components across the delivery lifecycle. You’ll work with development teams, PMs, BAs, QA teams and others to ensure testing coverage, track defects and risks, and support successful software deliveries.

The role emphasizes manual and automated integration testing, AI-assisted approaches, and continuous improvement of QA processes. Remote-first with global collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA across the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience testing back-end and middleware applications, including integration testing.
• Python scripting for test automation.
• Strong Linux knowledge and command-line usage.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks; AI-assisted testing is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Define QA scope and integration testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain test plans with traceability.
• Execute manual and automated integration tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects; perform regression testing.
• Maintain automated integration tests and improve coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams and analysts on dependencies.
• Define QA entry/exit criteria and quality gates.
• Provide Go/No-Go recommendations and report progress.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and automation.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices.
