Job summary

DBServices Portugal is seeking a Quality Integration Analyst to ensure robust integration testing across the software delivery lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop test plans, and implement automated tests using Python and industry-standard frameworks.

The role requires hands-on QA experience, Linux proficiency, and strong English communication. We offer a flexible remote option and opportunities to mentor junior QA engineers as part of a collaborative, global team.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in QA across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Strong experience testing back-end and middleware applications.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation.
• Good knowledge of Linux and command-line tools.
• Experience with test automation tools and AI-assisted testing.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications to define QA scope and integration testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain test plans with traceability.
• Execute manual and automated integration tests.
• Identify, document, and track defects; perform regression tests.
• Implement automated integration tests using internal tools.
• Collaborate with developers and BAs on dependencies and reviews.
• Define QA entry/exit criteria and delivery readiness.
• Provide Go/No-Go recommendations and report testing progress.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and automation strategies.
• Mentor junior QA engineers.
