Planck Technologies is seeking an experienced Python backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable services in a fully remote environment. You will build AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG, and design asynchronous architectures with message brokers.

Join cross-functional teams to make technical decisions, contribute to system architecture, and ensure code quality from design through deployment, writing clean, well-tested code and collaborating effectively

Qualificações

• More than 5 years of proven experience in Python development.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with message brokers, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Design and implement asynchronous, event-driven architectures using message brokers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical decisions, system architecture, and code quality.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
