Revolut is seeking a Python Engineer to design and operate scalable backend services for AI workflows. You will work on GPU-based model training and inference, profiling workloads and optimizing performance across multi-node and multi-GPU environments.

You will implement efficient execution strategies with mixed precision, monitor observability, and guide engineering teams on suitable frameworks and GPU configurations.

Qualificações

• Designing and operating scalable backend systems in production environments (Linux, Kubernetes).
• Experience profiling and optimising ML workloads on NVIDIA GPUs (PyTorch or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of GPU execution concepts and multi-GPU communication.
• Degree in STEM with CS fundamentals and emphasis on testing and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for AI lifecycle and GPU-based workloads.
• Profile and optimise model training/inference latency, throughput, and stability.
• Improve GPU compute utilisation, memory, and bandwidth across multi-tenant environments.
• Implement mixed-precision, efficient batching, and memory-efficient attention techniques.
• Create repeatable benchmarking and regression tests and guide teams on frameworks and GPU types.
