Workwize is seeking a Product Engineer (Remote EU/UK Based) to join our Lisbon-based team. You will own ideas from sketch to ship, turning problems into fast prototypes and production features using AI tooling.

Work with customers and the product team to identify the most impactful next steps, then measure outcomes after launch. You'll collaborate with a global, fast-growing team and bring a hands-on approach to building, testing, and iterating across platforms and devices.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience and solid technical foundation.
• Ability to read, reason about, and debug produced outputs.
• A track record of shipping built products or features.

Responsabilidades

• Own product ideas from sketch to usable customer solution.
• Turn problems into fast prototypes and production features.
• Use AI agents to design, build, test, and ship with oversight.
• Make product calls on what to build and what to ship.
• Set up evaluation/monitoring and iterate after launch.
• Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams on next priorities.
