Job summary

Tact is hiring a Product Engineer (Agentic AI) to work remotely. The role targets bases in Lisbon, Berlin or London, with a fully remote setup and international teams.

You will build AI-enabled software used by enterprise customers as part of a fast-growing, AI-native SaaS scale-up backed by strong funding. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with product teams and customers, and leverage Claude Code, Codex and other AI tools to plan, write, test and review code.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience.
• Full-stack experience building production applications.
• Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
• Experience with agentic coding and spec-driven development.
• Enjoy building products, solving problems and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Building software across the frontend and backend.
• Developing AI products and agents used by enterprise customers.
• Using AI coding agents to help plan, write, test and review code.
• Working with product teams and customers to solve real problems.
• Taking ownership of features from initial idea through to production.
