Job summary

Tact is hiring a Product Engineer (Agentic AI) to work remotely. The role targets bases in Lisbon, Berlin or London, with a fully remote setup and international teams.

You will build AI-enabled software used by enterprise customers as part of a fast-growing, AI-native SaaS scale-up backed by strong funding. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with product teams and customers, and leverage Claude Code, Codex and other AI tools to plan, write, test and review code.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience.
• Full-stack experience building production applications.
• Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
• Experience with agentic coding and spec-driven development.
• Enjoy building products, solving problems and working independently.

Product Engineer (Agentic AI) | €110K–€160K + Equity | Fully Remote role

Location: You have to be based in Lisbon, Berlin or London

A fully hands-on engineering role building AI agents already used by major enterprise customers.

You'll join an AI-native SaaS scale-up that's raised over €40M, with established international customers and a team of 60 people.

The founder has previously founded and exited a tech business valued at around €2 billion and is now building another.

They're building AI agents that automate everyday business tasks.
