Pencil is seeking a Product Designer to own the Brief mode end-to-end, shaping how briefs are created and brought to life with AI. You’ll prototype with Figma and AI tools, then hand over ready-to-build flows to engineers.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and AI teams from discovery to delivery, conduct user research and usability testing, and refine the design system to scale for enterprise brands and self-serve users alike.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product design for B2B SaaS or complex workflows.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and agentic interfaces.
• Strong interaction and systems thinking across multi-step flows.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Brief mode experience.
• Prototype AI-assisted interactions using Figma and AI tools; handovers to build teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and AI teams from discovery to delivery; conduct usability testing.
• Evolve Pencil's design system for enterprise brands and self-serve users.
