You will apply Agile practices, drive governance, and optimize processes through mining and performance testing, ensuring robust, scalable solutions for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience designing workflows with Camunda BPMN and Pega Systems.
• Strong skills in API architecture including TMForum Open APIs and microservices.
• Experience leading technical design and offshore delivery teams.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery and story-mapping capabilities.
• Knowledge of process mining, bottleneck analysis and workflow testing.
