Qualificações

• 12+ years of Python engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Strong background in the Retail industry.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and AKS/Kubernetes.
• Hands-on coding while shaping architecture and decisions.
• Good understanding of software architecture and system design.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and evolve scalable backend systems using Python.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions across the product.
• Translate business and product requirements into high-level technical solutions.
• Evaluate different technical approaches and decisions based on scalability and reliability.
• Work closely with Product and stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions.
• Build and improve systems in a Retail environment, considering evolving business needs.
• Develop APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
• Work with Azure cloud services and AKS; contribute to Terraform-based infrastructure.
• Ensure systems are scalable, resilient and maintainable; stay hands-on with code.
• Identify technical risks and propose improvements; shape engineering practices.
