Job summary

Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) invites experienced postsecondary Business instructors to design and review questions used to train AI systems and to evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy and relevance. This is a fully remote, hourly contract offering 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, enabling you to influence AI reasoning across strategy, operations and finance.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level.
Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance.
Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured content and feedback frameworks.
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsibilities

Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems.
Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance.
Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.
Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and identify edge cases.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
