Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor for AI Training. This remote, hourly-contract role lets you shape how AI understands organizational behavior and leadership, by reviewing scenarios and providing feedback.

You will work 10–40 hours per week, independently and on your own schedule, contributing to cutting-edge AI projects with flexible remote work. Prior teaching at the postsecondary level and a strong grasp of management theory are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior and leadership theories.
• Ability to evaluate decision-making processes and articulate tradeoffs.
• Experience reviewing AI content or decision-making scenarios is a plus.

Responsibilities

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong grounding in organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
• Able to critically evaluate decision-making processes and articulate tradeoffs clearly
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and assessing the quality of recommendations
• Self-motivated and reliable — you can meet deadlines without hand-holding

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
