Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Portuguese language experts to evaluate and improve AI-trained Portuguese content. You will review translations, assess accuracy and naturalness, and provide clear feedback to shape how AI understands and communicates in Portuguese.

This fully remote hourly contract (10–40 hours/week) lets you work asynchronously on your own schedule, with potential for ongoing engagements and contract extensions.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese.
• Strong written communication in both Portuguese and English.
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Portuguese translations for accuracy and naturalness.
• Identify mistranslations, phrasing issues, and cultural/register mismatches.
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, culturally appropriate Portuguese.
• Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
