Alignerr is seeking Portuguese language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Portuguese content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Portuguese, impacting hundreds of millions of speakers worldwide.

This remote, hourly contract offers flexible 10–40 hours per week, with work asynchronous and on your own schedule, enabling participation from anywhere while contributing to cutting-edge language evaluation workflows.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese.
• Strong written communication in Portuguese and English.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian and/or European Portuguese usage.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Portuguese translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness.
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues.
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Portuguese.
• Evaluate content for regional fit across Brazilian and/or European Portuguese norms.
• Provide structured feedback and work independently on your schedule.

What You'll Do

Who You Are
