Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a Performance Ad Creator to turn product insights into compelling video ads. You will own the concept and production, from hook to edit, working with the creative lead and media buyers to learn from results.

This 100% remote role values curiosity, experimentation with AI tools, and clear English copy. You’ll analyze reviews, craft paid social concepts (primarily Meta), and push creative decisions that drive watch time, CTR, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience creating direct-response video ads for ecommerce.
• Ability to turn motivations or objections into persuasive angles and clear English copy.
• Strong video production skills, including pacing, sound and on-screen text.
• Practical AI skills in image, video or voice tools used in real projects.

Responsibilities

• Research customers and develop paid-social ad concepts.
• Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy and CTAs in English.
• Produce complete ads using product footage, creator content and AI assets.
• Test openings and concepts; iterate based on results.
• Review work with media buyers and meet deadlines.
