Job summary

Kendago is seeking a Creative Lead - Video Editor to craft high-performing video ads for leading DTC brands. You will develop scripts, story concepts, assemble footage and design assets into compelling narratives that scale performance across platforms.

As part of a fast-moving, remote-first team, you’ll collaborate with media, CRO and brand teams, adapt content for multiple formats, and iterate based on data and AI-assisted insights to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven exper ience in video storytelling and editing using Adobe Suite and AI tools.
• Knowledge of digital advertising best practices and how creative drives performance.
• Fluent English; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think conceptually and solve practical problems.
• Multitasker with proactive, can-do attitude.
• Experience working in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Create performance-driven video ads for digital platforms.
• Work on scripts, copy, raw footage, stock materials, AI, and design assets into clear and engaging stories.
• Create multiple versions, formats, and iterations for testing.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects when needed.
• Use campaign data to inform creative improvements and future tests.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, and media teams.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
