Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Paid Media Creative Strategist based in Portugal to lead creative ideation, messaging, and strategic briefing for static ads and video content across multiple brands. You will translate customer insights into high-performing campaigns in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, media buyers, and account managers to ensure concepts align with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in strategic marketing, brand development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of paid media creative strategy, audience research, messaging, and performance-driven marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills to develop persuasive hooks, headlines, concepts, and briefs.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• C-level English proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work full-time in alignment with PST/EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Research and understand target audiences, pain points, motivations and decision behaviors.
• Identify new creative angles, messaging opportunities, and testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Develop compelling hooks, headlines, concepts, and messaging directions for various ad formats.
• Create clear, actionable creative briefs for static ads, video campaigns, and other formats.
• Ensure briefs communicate target audience, core message, creative concept and visual direction.
• Monitor and analyze advertising performance to identify patterns and insights across angles, formats, and segments.
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and iterations.
• Recommend creative iterations and future testing opportunities based on results.
• Maintain organized records of tested concepts and learnings to avoid repetition.
• Manage multiple brands, briefs, revisions, and deadlines with consistent quality.
