Qualificações

• Native or near native level of Danish.
• Good level of English (it will be to work in an international company)
• Microsoft Office Knowledge

• Experience with attending customers will be a plus

Responsabilidades

• Assist users with general inquiries and support issues via email/chat/social channels; phone as assigned.
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels.
• Respond to customer escalations and elevate issues to higher tiers as defined.
• Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information
