Job summary

Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen) seeks a Learning Experience Designer to craft AI-focused B2B courses for corporate clients. You will translate client needs into practical, scalable learning experiences, working with PMs and SMEs to continuously improve content based on feedback.

The role is a full-time remote contract. After an online intro, a test assignment will be required to proceed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Learning Content Developer, Program Designer, or similar.
• Proven experience applying modern learning experience design models and frameworks to develop complex skills.
• Experience structuring end-to-end learning experiences, including Skill Trees and Learning Journey Maps.
• Ability to create diverse educational content (long reads, projects, tasks, infographics, etc.).
• Experience designing and integrating skills and knowledge assessments into a course.
• English proficiency at C1 level (strong B2 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of new B2B courses from needs analysis to final documentation.
• Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across course levels.
• Create educational content, practice tasks, assessments, and learning aids.
• Prepare briefs for designers and video editors; develop outlines for workshops and live formats.
• Analyze client needs, business goals, workflows, tools, and learner profiles with PMs and stakeholders.
• Customize learning activities and curricula to reflect authentic client tasks and roles.
