Nebius Academy, powered by TripleTen, seeks a Learning Experience Designer to join the B2B Curriculum team and develop AI-focused courses for corporate clients worldwide. You will turn client needs and SME insights into scalable learning experiences and continuously improve them using feedback and recommendations.

This is a full-time remote contract position. After the introductory call, candidates will complete a test assignment and collaborate with PMs, SMEs, and designers across regions to

Qualifications

• Three years+ in instructional design or learning experience design roles.
• Experience applying LXD models, frameworks to develop complex skills.
• Experience building Skill Trees and Learning Journey Maps with learning outcomes.
• Ability to create diverse educational content (long reads, projects, tasks, infographics).
• Experience designing and integrating assessments into courses.
• English proficiency at C1 level (strong B2 ok).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end development of new B2B courses from needs analysis to final documentation.
• Build course Skill Trees and map outcomes across course, modules, and lessons.
• Create educational content, practice tasks, assessments, and learning aids from SME materials.
• Prepare briefs for designers/video editors and develop outlines for workshops.
• Analyze client learning needs, goals, workflows, tools, constraints, and learner profiles.
• Customize activities, curricula, and schedules to reflect client tasks and roles.
