360imprimir/BIZAY is a fully remote opportunity based in Portugal, seeking a proactive B2B sales professional to manage ~100 opportunities, respond to requests, and guide customers to purchase. You’ll use AI daily, work with Salesforce, and own client relationships from first contact through post-sale follow-up.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, learning-driven environment and bring fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, plus strong writing and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in high-volume B2B sales.
• Strong learning mindset.
• Clear, commercial writing.
• Speed and discipline.
• Organisation to manage around 100 opportunities in parallel.
• Fluent Portuguese and Spanish (native or fluent); English is a strong plus.
• Nice to have: experience with AI tools, knowledge of printing/marketing or promotional products industry, and Salesforce or another CRM.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incoming quote requests from businesses on the same day, by email or WhatsApp.
• Qualify each request: what the client needs.
• Guide smaller requests to purchase directly on our website, always with a helpful answer.
• Send concrete quotes with links to our products.
• Follow up consistently on all open opportunities (80 to 120 in peak season), and close each one as won or lost with the reason recorded.
• Hand over each order to the Post-Sales Analyst with complete information.
• Own the client relationship before and after the order, and prepare the client’s next purchase.
• Use our AI tools daily, connected to Salesforce, Outlook and WhatsApp, to read new requests, prepare quotes and replies, and update the CRM.
