The role involves handling Italian-language customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, with a focus on delivering outstanding service while maintaining data accuracy in the CRM system.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Adhere to quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand platform features.
