Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Information Security Consultant to join our Security and Compliance Control Center, working in a challenging international insurance environment. You will ensure technology products align with corporate security standards and best practices.

In this role you will define, implement, and track security requirements, coordinate assessments and remediation actions, and support product teams with secure-by-design practices while contributing to continuous governance

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and IT governance within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in information security standards and frameworks, particularly the ISO 2700x family.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, processes, and technologies.
• Skilled in conducting security assessments, security testing, and vulnerability management activities.
• Proficient in SSDLC principles and application security.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy, GDPR, Operational Resilience, and ITIL frameworks is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall security governance and compliance posture of assigned technology products.
• Assess and monitor product alignment with corporate security standards, policies, and frameworks.
• Define, implement, and track security requirements and controls in collaboration with application and product teams.
• Coordinate security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security testing activities, supporting the documentation of findings and remediation actions.
• Develop and manage security remediation plans, ensuring risks and vulnerabilities are addressed within agreed timelines.
• Support IT Product teams on security-related topics, fostering secure-by-design and secure development practices.
• Create, document, and continuously improve internal security processes, procedures, and governance materials.
