Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a creative, data-driven specialist to turn influencer advertising into a growth engine across multiple markets. You’ll blend creative strategy with performance analysis, research trends, and collaborate with creators to deliver high‑performing content.

You’ll run structured tests, analyze KPI results, manage YouTube budgets, and use AI tools to accelerate insights and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing creative briefs for influencer campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to measure, evaluate, and optimize campaign and creative performance.
• Practical experience managing YouTube advertising spend and influencer marketing budgets.
• Previous budget ownership, ideally involving monthly influencer marketing investments of €100,000 or more.
• Experience collaborating with influencer teams or managing advertising campaigns featuring influencers.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows, particularly for data analysis and performance optimization.
• Good English communication skills are required, with proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging advertising trends, creative angles, and effective formats.
• Develop a high volume of actionable creative briefs for influencers, tailored to different countries, audiences, and gaming categories.
• Review influencer content and provide constructive feedback to improve creative quality, messaging, and performance.
• Design, implement, and manage A/B tests across creatives, markets, and categories to identify the most effective approaches.
• Analyze campaign and creative performance through KPIs and structured experimentation, continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Manage and optimize influencer advertising budgets, including YouTube advertising spend.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze performance data, identify patterns, and improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate creative performance insights and campaign impact to influencer managers, media buyers, and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with influencer managers, media buyers, and content creators to align creative strategy with business objectives.
