Cross Border Talents is seeking an International Talent Acquisition Freelancer to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across Asia. This fully remote opportunity offers leadership exposure, competitive fees, and performance bonuses.

You will collaborate with managers, post openings internationally, source candidates, screen, interview, and track placements, with at least 30 hours per week and multilingual capabilities.

Qualificações

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing.
• Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives).
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
• Advertise job openings on various international platforms.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, professional networks).
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications.
• Organize and conduct initial interviews.
• Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates.
• Track candidates throughout the hiring process until placement with the client.
