Redpin is looking to grow its affiliate partnership network by identifying and engaging new business opportunities across key sectors. You will understand partner needs to promote value propositions and deliver tailored solutions, while managing relationships with decision makers and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Ideal candidates communicate fluently in English and Spanish, excel at negotiation, and thrive in a dynamic environment with hybrid/remote working options.

Qualificações

• Proven track record identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to identify pain points and position as a money transfer solution for various use cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with professionals at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to build relationships across organisations.
• Self-motivated, resilient with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, engage & cultivate prospective partner relationships within key sectors and industries.
• Engage with key decision makers to build strategic partnerships.
• Proactively manage end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities.
• Support partners with products and services and liaise with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance partnership opportunities and retention.
• Maintain daily activity and ensure CRM data integrity and key metrics are met.
