Job summary

Zyte seeks an Events Manager to shape our developer and data event strategy across US and Europe. You will decide where Zyte shows up, sponsor or attend events, and ensure events generate measurable pipeline.

You’ll own end-to-end event execution, from venue selection to on-site logistics, vendor negotiations, and post-event reporting. This role offers global travel and the chance to work from flexible locations.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing developer or data events.
• Strong budgeting and vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive lead capture and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize events and manage the calendar across US and Europe.
• Identify speaking opportunities and coordinate CFP submissions with teams.
• Oversee flagship events end-to-end: venue, run-of-show, on-site execution.
• Manage external event logistics, budgets and vendor contracts.
• Lead post-event reporting on pipeline influence using CRM tools.
• Coordinate attendee briefings and on-site leads for each event.
• Travel for flagship and external events as needed.
