Job summary

Zyte is hiring an Events Manager to shape where Zyte shows up and how events perform. You will decide which external events to sponsor or attend, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure on-site success across US and Europe.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, DevRel, Marketing and Product to drive measurable pipeline impact. Responsibilities cover research, CFP submissions, flagship Extract Summit logistics, and post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing technical or developer events.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, DevRel, Marketing and Product teams.
• Strong vendor and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop event strategy and calendar for developer and enterprise audiences.
• Identify speaking opportunities and coordinate CFP submissions.
• Run flagship events end-to-end (venue, run-of-show, logistics).
• Oversee event logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
• Lead post-event reporting and pipeline impact analysis.
