Reachdesk, a remote-first SaaS gifting platform, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP across multiple entities and currencies, plus Ramp card administration in NetSuite. You'll work with a global finance team and build scalable controls as Reachdesk grows.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP, hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP/Dynamics), and strong GL coding and VAT knowledge across UK/EU markets. This role offers a remote setup with global responsibilities.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in accounts payable with end-to-end ownership in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Hands-on with a tier-one ERP (NetSuite, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficient in multi-dimensional GL coding across accounts, departments and classes.
• Experience with spend management software.
• Strong AP controls and month-end close experience.
• Knowledge of VAT/in indirect tax across UK and EU.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable across six entities, including onboarding, invoicing, PO/non-PO matching, approvals, and multi-currency payments.
• Administer Ramp corporate card program end-to-end, including issuance, limits, and reconciliation.
• Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite.
• Intercompany AP booking for consolidation.
• Support AP sub-ledger through month-end close and aged-payables.
• Manage AP and card mailboxes and supplier relationships.
• Apply indirect-tax treatment on payables (UK VAT, EU VAT, reverse charge, US tax via Avalara).
• Maintain AP controls and process docs; support audits.
• Drive AP/card automation and work with systems team on NetSuite and Ramp.
