Job summary

AtlasBrands is seeking a high-ownership Creative Strategist to own paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will translate data and consumer insights into high-converting ad concepts, scripts, and briefs to fuel our rapid scaling engine.

This full-time, async-first role operates in a remote-first setup with core overlap with US EST for team syncs and cross-functional alignment. Compensation includes a competitive monthly retainer plus performance bonus, scaled based on

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in creative strategy or paid social within DTC/e-commerce.
• Ability to translate performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) into creative direction.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong scripts and hooks.
• High ownership mindset in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-backed creative strategies and ad concepts for paid social channels.
• Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research to identify positioning angles and hooks.
• Write production-ready briefs, scripts, hooks, and ad copy for direct-response ads.
• Guide video editors and provide actionable feedback on creatives.
• Analyze campaign data to identify winning concepts and iterate quickly.
• Capture learnings from tests to build repeatable playbooks.
