Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert on a contract basis to support a client project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP system evaluation.

You will review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, annotate financial data, and provide clear feedback to improve model performance across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365, and related tools. Strong English and independent delivery are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
