YO AI Labs seeks a senior Investment Banking Expert for a remote contractor role. You will contribute to financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research to support AI training and real-world decision making.

The ideal candidate has extensive M&A experience, hands-on deal exposure, and strong Excel-based modeling skills. You will communicate complex financial concepts clearly to teammates and clients.

Qualificações

• Senior Associate or Vice President level in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong Excel modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comps, and pitchbook preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.
• Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.
• Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.
• Analyze financial materials for errors, valuation issues, and inconsistencies.
• Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and sensitivities.
• Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts.
