Deblock in Portugal is looking for a dedicated compliance professional to manage and enhance the regulatory compliance framework within the organization. You will ensure adherence to key financial crime regulations and provide guidance on evolving regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in Law, Finance, or Business, along with a professional qualification from a recognised body. The role allows for significant autonomy, including options for remote work and international mobility.

Qualificações

• Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g. ICA, ACAMS).
• Deep knowledge of the EU regulatory environment and key financial crime regimes.
• Ability to translate complex legal text into actionable operational workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance the Compliance Framework, including regulations and internal controls.
• Assess and monitor Conduct Risk to ensure fair outcomes for customers.
• Act as a point of contact for authorities on regulatory compliance matters.
