Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) seeks an eContent Account specialist to bridge Global and Regional stakeholders, Local Markets and IMS Content Services. The role drives adoption of Nestlé’s content solutions and delivers world-class service.

You will manage demand planning, coordinate global/regional projects from planning to implementation, and lead regular reviews with internal and external partners to ensure SLAs and value delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management.
• Experience working with high-volume, multi-platform tasks in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of the Digital Ecosystem and content lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of branding and content identity, with project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as interface between Nestlé Global/Regional stakeholders, Local Markets and IMS Content Services.
• Drive adoption of Nestlé internal content solutions and support activation.
• Deliver world-class service and manage demand plans for markets.
• Coordinate global/regional projects from planning to implementation.
• Lead regular operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track service delivery and SLAs.
• Bring insights from data and maintain operational documentation and training materials.
• Lead meetings with business/markets to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
