Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) seeks a CRM Expert to join the Digital Marketing Experts team. You will design, deploy and scale CRM strategies, customer journeys and engagement programs across Nestlé brands in multiple markets.

You will partner with market teams and CRM Services to drive CRM maturity, optimize campaigns and measure performance, turning data into growth across zones Europe.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing or consumer engagement.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and personalization.
• Experience managing CRM programs from planning through optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the CRM point of contact for Nutrition & Health teams across Zone Europe.
• Define CRM strategies and scalable engagement programs for multiple markets.
• Activate CRM journeys, audience segmentation and campaign frameworks.
• Monitor performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead capability-building through training, coaching and knowledge sharing.
