Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Application Programmer in Portugal to contribute to a major Dynamics 365 CRM modernization initiative. You will design, develop, and support customer portals and AI-powered customer engagement solutions, collaborating in an Agile/Scrum environment.

You will mentor developers, drive modernization efforts, and work across teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications while supporting production systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience building and maintaining Dynamics customer portals or comparable customer-facing applications.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments and managing multiple stories across sprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and related customer portals.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and scalable implementations.
• Lead and mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and contribute to best practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and leadership to deliver quality software in Agile cycles.
• Provide production support, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
