InnoTech is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to join a growth-minded team in Portugal. You will develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions, integrate with external systems via APIs, and work across Sales, Service, and Customer Insights modules.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration in technically demanding environments. Portuguese/European work authorization is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional Dynamics 365 development and configuration.
• Hands-on customization, integrations via APIs, and Dataverse/Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and proactive mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration in demanding environments.
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions per business/technical requirements.
• Customizing Dynamics 365 components including entities, workflows, rules, and platform features.
• Designing and supporting integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems via APIs.
• Working across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and contributing to platform improvements.
