Stratio Automotive seeks a DevOps: Infrastructure Engineer to manage the cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability stack powering AI-enabled transport solutions.

This role blends hands-on operations with engineering rigor to keep services stable, scalable and secure in a Linux-based environment. Remote/onsite/hybrid options available in Portugal, with English fluency required for global collaboration.

Qualificações

• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid experience operating and managing at least one Cloud environment (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code and automation (Terraform, Ansible or similar).
• Familiarity with container orchestration and containerization, especially Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid foundation in the deployment and management of large-scale Linux systems.
• Experience collecting system and application metrics for observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Syslog or similar).
• Understanding of large-scale complex systems from a reliability and cost perspective.
• Experience managing security, secrets and access control (IAM) across cloud platforms.
• SRE/DevOps experience and comfortable operating software in a Linux based environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility for critical situations, including on-call.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, deploy and manage Stratio's cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure and the GitLab CI/CD platform (runners, workers, build agents).
• Run infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code and document actions to drive repeatable actions and automation.
• Monitor performance, reliability and cost; apply observability and FinOps best practices.
• Improve observability of our platform and applications; alert on symptoms rather than outages.
• Ensure integration of AI solutions with Stratio's systems.
• Ensure compliance of infrastructure with ISMS requirements and standards.
