Stratio seeks an DevOps: Infrastructure Engineer to manage and scale our cloud and Kubernetes-based platform for AI solutions. You’ll deploy, monitor and secure compute, networking and storage with IaC automation, focusing on reliability and cost optimization.

The role requires strong Linux skills, Kubernetes/Docker expertise, and fluency in English. Remote, hybrid or Coimbra-based arrangements are possible in Portugal, with in-person meetings as needed.

Qualificações

• Requires a degree in CS or related field.
• Solid experience with at least one cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• In-depth IaC and automation (Terraform/Ansible).
• Familiar with Kubernetes and Docker orchestration.
• Strong Linux system deployment and management skills.
• Experience collecting metrics for observability (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Understanding of reliability and cost in large systems.
• Experience with IAM and security across clouds.
• SRE/DevOps background and Linux-based ops.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Stratio's infrastructure platform for stability, security and scalability.
• Operate cloud, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD infrastructure.
• Implement IaC and automate repeatable actions.
• Monitor performance, reliability and cost with observability practices.
• Ensure integration of AI solutions with existing systems.
• Maintain security and ISMS compliance for infrastructure.
