A tech company is seeking a remote Platform Engineer in Portugal. The role involves building and deploying infrastructure, supporting DevOps practices, and working with various cloud platforms. Candidates should have strong CI/CD and Kubernetes experience, along with proficiency in Linux and scripting. The position offers flexible work arrangements and multiple perks, including 25 holiday days and a home office allowance.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and SCMs.
• Experience with Kubernetes and observability tools.
• Familiarity with containerization and virtualization.
• Basic programming skills with scripting languages.
• Ability to travel within Europe and work outside normal hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build, test, and deploy platform-agnostic infrastructure.
• Monitor virtual server infrastructure in a multi-location environment.
• Support engineering teams in applying DevOps practices.
• Assist in conducting gap analysis and change management.
• Participate in contingency planning and disaster recovery.

Continuous Integration and Deployment concepts

Kubernetes clusters

Observability tools (Fluentd, Kibana, etc.)

Containerization (Docker)
