Douro Labs and Fogo Chain are seeking a Partnerships Lead to drive Tier-1 protocol collaborations and DeFi primitives. You will own end-to-end integrations, maintain bridges and oracles, and design incentive programs to grow TVL and liquidity.

Join a global, remote-first team with Porto/Singapore office options and a focus on building the DeFi default. You will build ecosystems with LPs, funds, and market makers while shaping a world-class DeFi infrastructure.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in DeFi/markets—protocol, L1/L2, or institutional trading experience
• Proven ecosystem growth/BD track record—partnerships that shipped, integrated, and drove real adoption
• Strong network of founders, DeFi protocols, funds, LPs, and market makers
• Fluent in DeFi mechanics—TVL, volumes, liquidity/LP behavior, and incentive design
• Compelling storyteller—clear, credible communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Entrepreneurial builder—self-starter, resourceful, thrives in fast-paced, changing environments

Responsabilidades

• Source, court, and onboard Tier-1 protocols and fresh DeFi primitives. Own integrations end-to-end from initial contact to launch
• Keep bridges, oracles, and core rails healthy, observable, and incident-ready. Track TVL, volume, liquidity, and user activity
• Bootstrap liquidity, sharpen UX, and shepherd launches. Build tailored go-to-market plans for protocols
• Design performance-driven programs, set clear KPIs, measure impact, and iterate on incentive strategies
• Cultivate LPs, funds, market makers, and trading firms. Channel capital into Fogo-native DeFi
• Partner with product/marketing to package the Fogo stack and champion the vision with wallets, dApps, and communities
• Track trends, capital flows, and emerging primitives to surface new opportunities for Fogo
