Douro Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft world-class interfaces for complex ecosystems. You’ll own Figma-based workflows, bridge design with product and front-end development, and contribute to DeFi UI refinements.

The role is remote ( Worldwide ) with optional offices in Porto or Singapore. You’ll lead end-to-end design processes, collaborate with engineers, and shape scalable design systems in a fast-paced DeFi environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product or UI design
• Fluent with Figma Auto Layout, variables, components
• Basic coding: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Web3/DeFi or blockchain UI
• Strong data visualization and dashboard design

Responsabilidades

• Lead UI design across multiple digital platforms with pixel-perfect execution
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
• Collaborate closely with engineers to implement designs in code (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Apply design thinking from discovery to iteration
• Bring clarity to data-heavy, visually rich experiences
• Proficiency in Framer design, development, and deployment
