FH Collective Academy is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service agent to work remotely from Portugal. This role is open to residents of Portugal and offers a stable remote setup.
You will support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries, and deliver a high-quality experience. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a €80 monthly complexity bonus on top of a 6‑month contract.
