Olisipo is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT/cybersecurity initiatives, including USB blocking, Zero-Trust, and Data Protection roadmap projects. You will drive governance, coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, OT, and external providers, and manage procurement cycles.

The role requires delivering on scope, budget, and quality, with strong stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Formación

• End-to-end project management experience in IT/cybersecurity
• Experience leading cybersecurity roadmaps and multi-stream projects
• Strong reporting, coordination with business units IT OT and vendors
• Knowledge of data protection solutions, Zero-Trust, GDPR/NIS2
• Experience in RFI/RFP processes and vendor renewals
• Excellent communication and leadership in international teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity roadmap projects within scope, budget and quality
• Drive governance, prepare and lead Cyber Steering Committee meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, OT and vendors
• Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP procurement and renewal cycles with purchasing
• Assess technical and security risks and propose mitigations per internal policies
• Produce framing docs, deployment processes, and status reports
