Job summary

Olisipo is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT/cybersecurity initiatives, including USB blocking, Zero-Trust, and Data Protection roadmap projects. You will drive governance, coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, OT, and external providers, and manage procurement cycles.

The role requires delivering on scope, budget, and quality, with strong stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Qualifications

Job description

Profile:

• Solid professional experience in end-to-end Project Management, leading complex IT/Cybersecurity initiatives from scoping to delivery;
• Proven track record in managing cybersecurity strategic roadmaps, security solution rollouts, and multi-stream project portfolios;
• Expert-level capability in project reporting, stakeholder coordination (business units, IT, OT, internal cyber teams, external vendors), and steering committee facilitation (Cyber SteerCo);
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and IT fundamentals, with hands-on exposure to data protection solutions (e.g., USB key usage blocking, Zero-Trust frameworks, Data Protection, Regulation, and Application Security);
• Strong knowledge of security standards, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (Minimum Security Rules, Security Policy, Secure-by-Design, NIS2, GDPR);
• Experience leading end-to-end RFI / RFP processes, vendor selection, and solution renewals in close coordination with procurement teams;
• Proficiency in developing project framing documentation, status reports, deployment prerequisites, move-to-run documentation, and risk mitigation strategies;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills within international and multi-disciplinary teams;
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver cybersecurity roadmap projects (including USB blocking, Zero-Trust, and Data Protection initiatives) within scope, budget, and quality standards;
• Drive governance, prepare and lead project committees, and produce executive status presentations for the Cyber Steering Committee;
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, OT, cybersecurity, and third-party service providers;
• Manage end-to-end RFI/RFP vendor procurement and solution renewal cycles alongside purchasing departments;
• Assess project-related technical and security risks, proposing effective mitigation measures aligned with NIS2 and internal security policies;
• Produce all key project deliverables, including framing documentation, deployment processes, status reports, and move-to-run operational handovers.
