Job summary

PrimeIT in Porto is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead multiple cybersecurity projects across geographies. The role requires 9+ years of experience and tasks include governance, executive reporting and cross-functional coordination.

You will develop dashboards, monitor maturity and risk across initiatives, and drive process improvements with data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Senior level with 9+ years in cybersecurity project management.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
• Strong governance, reporting and KPI development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cybersecurity projects across domains, teams and geographies.
• Lead planning, execution and governance with milestone tracking and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with Cybersecurity, IT, Risk, Compliance and stakeholders.
• Prepare steering committees and executive reporting translating complex topics clearly.
• Challenge status, risks and deliverables; address issues proactively.
• Monitor maturity, controls and remediation plans across projects.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to reflect performance and actions.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate and improve governance.
