Salsify is seeking a highly motivated, growth-focused Customer Success Manager to engage, enable, and retain a portfolio of Salsify customers. You will oversee the complete post-sales lifecycle and drive value from the PXM platform.

Based in Lisbon, Portugal or remote, you will collaborate with sales, professional services, product, and marketing to ensure adoption, renewals, and expansion, while tracking health metrics and ROI.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years as a Customer Success Manager within a SaaS organization, consultant, technical account manager, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes and success.
• Tracked client health and usage metrics in a CS tool.
• Comfort handling a high volume of new and existing customers and are open to fluctuation.
• Experience using AI tools (Gemini is a plus) to work smarter as a CSM.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-sales lifecycle to maximize customer value.
• Adopt all licensed products and ensure ROI for customers.
• Conduct joint strategic success and value plans with their portfolio of customers.
• Perform business reviews up to senior leadership to share progress and recommendations.
• Capture customer feedback, metrics, and requests in Salesforce.
• Help customers plan and execute a digital shelf program and manage change.
• Evangelize customer success stories and processes.
