Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in information security.
• German C1 and English C1 (mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, ISMS and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with FINMA requirements, NIS2 and audit requirements.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
• Experience in regulated environments such as finance, energy or healthcare.
• Knowledge of cloud security and modern IT architectures.
• Experience with internal and external audit processes as well as external auditors.
• Structured, self-reliant and dependable way of working.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and monitoring of security standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIS2 and relevant FINMA requirements
• Conducting risk analyses and deriving concrete measures
• Planning, managing and supporting internal and external audits, assessments and certifications
• Advising management and specialist departments on security, compliance and audit topics
• Monitoring security incidents and defining incident response processes
• Collaboration with internal teams, customers and external partners to ensure a holistic security approach
• Supporting Swiss companies in implementing robust and practical security structures
