Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to help build and validate AI systems trained on real-world clinical research data, bringing rigor, precision, and operational know-how to AI development. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role.

Qualifications

• Experienced clinical trial professional with strong study operations and PM experience.
• Skilled in budgets, timelines and vendor/CRO relationships across multi-site studies.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to risk identification and issue resolution.
• Clear, confident written communicator documenting findings precisely.
• Self-motivated and reliable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate AI-generated content on trial ops, timelines, budgets, and vendor management.
• Assess accuracy, completeness, and quality of AI outputs against real-world standards.
• Review trial workflows, milestones, and deliverables used for AI training.
• Identify gaps and provide structured feedback on AI-generated content.
• Coordinate across workstreams to ensure AI tasks meet deadlines and quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
